By booking services with Ideal Plus Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services Offered
We provide home appliance repair and maintenance services for:
Washing Machines
Refrigerators
Air Conditioners
LED TVs
3. Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We aim to honor your preferred timing but may adjust based on availability. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Diagnostic Fee
A small fee may be charged for inspection, which will be adjusted in the total service cost if you proceed. This fee is non-refundable if no service is availed.
5. Payments
Payment is due after service completion. We accept cash, UPI, and other common digital methods.
6. Warranty
Service warranties apply only to parts we replace and work we perform. Misuse or issues unrelated to our service are not covered.
7. Parts and Replacements
Parts used are either original or high-quality compatible components. If a part is unavailable, we will communicate the delay or suggest alternatives.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from user misuse or delays caused by uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide clear access to the appliance. If the technician cannot work due to incorrect information or lack of access, a visit fee may apply.
10. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
